This site is run by Wendy Foshee, a real estate agent serving Babcock Ranch, Florida. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, moving timeline, what the move is mostly about, and any message you write.
• Relocation guide request: your email address and which guide you asked for.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log technical details such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and follow up about your move to Babcock Ranch.
• To send you the guide you requested and, if you asked, to share homes or information that fit what you told us.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles it

We use service providers to run the site and deliver email, for example our web host (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend). They process information only to provide those services. If you contact us, your details may also be shared with the real estate brokerage through which Wendy Foshee is licensed, as needed to serve you. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and contact details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and as required by law or real estate recordkeeping rules.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to wendy@wendyfoshee.com or calling (518) 858-1129. Every marketing email should include a way to opt out.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
