What it’s actually like to live here.

Edgewater was one of Pulte's earlier neighborhoods in Babcock Ranch, and being an early build has worked in its favor — mature landscaping, finished streets, and an established feel that newer, still-under-construction communities simply can't offer yet.

It's gated, which is still somewhat rare in Babcock Ranch, and it sits close to Lake Timber Lodge and the trail network. That combination of privacy, maturity, and location has made it one of the most consistently in-demand resale neighborhoods in the community.
