About Crescent Grove

What it’s actually like to live here.

Crescent Grove was one of the first Meritage Homes neighborhoods in Babcock Ranch, and at just 68 homes it's stayed genuinely boutique. Construction wrapped up a while ago, so almost everything here now comes through the resale market — mature landscaping, finished streetscapes, and a settled feel that newer communities don't have yet.

Meritage built its reputation on energy-efficient construction, and that shows up directly in lower utility bills for owners here. It's close to Founder's Square and the original town center, with lake and preserve views on a number of homesites.

Buying here

Buying an existing home.

Because Crescent Grove is mostly resale, you’re buying a home someone already lives in or owns. That means you can see exactly what you’re getting, and often move faster than on a new build.

Existing homes are where condition, roof age, insurance quotes, HOA and CDD fees, and negotiating all matter more. I can search current listings with you, set up showings, and help you compare against new homes elsewhere in Babcock Ranch.

Availability as of Oct 2026, based on builder and developer listings. Always confirm for a specific home.
